Poor Kate :( She has to be so mortified! I don't blame William for being angry, I'm sure this is bringing back some painful memories from his childhood. I do believe he is the last person the paparazzi want to piss off. He is going to fight tooth n nail in court and even if William & Kate dont win, the paparazzi lite a fire that they will not be able to put out! William was too young to do anything about the paparazzi n his mother, you can bet that he'll do something now. Watch out paparzzi you are soooooo screwed!!

Part two – The Color

Now I have to say that my journey with this color was a major pain. It was messy and gets on everything. My hands, forehead, ears, and any skin exposed at the time ended up with blue on it even with peroneum jelly as a protectant.  A smurf I was indeed!  :smurf: 

I added the color with a tint brush in sections then massaged it into my hair. They say comb it, but I can’t get a comb through my hair even if my life depended on it. O.o Once it was completely saturated, I pinned it up and waited for about 3 ½ hours until it was crusty then washed it out with cool water in the sink. Important: Do not, I repeat, do not wash your hair in the shower. This color covers everything it touches to blue, and if it runs on your skin, yep you guessed it, you're a walking smurf. Lol. This dye even dyed my steel sink so now around the bottom of my sink is a ring of blue. xD

I rinsed it with a vinegar and water mixture then added a thick conditioner. After that I blow dried it and this is the result…...

Since my hair wasn’t really light, the color wasn’t a vibrate blue that some people have had, mine is more towards the dark side, but I love it that way.  There is a really bad rub off so my hands, neck, forehead, ears stain blue from time to time.  Love the color but I don’t think I’ll be doing this again unless they tweak it some or figure a way where it doesn’t rub off so much…

Part One – The process begins…

First off, I’m not a fan of bleaching. To be honest I’m terrible at it. I should have gone to a salon to strip it but I can’t afford the outrageous prices they ask for. Geesh I am not made out of money, Ya know. Heck who is these days with the economy the way it is. Oh well back to what I was saying. I shouldn’t lighten my hair…Blah…,But I do anyway and here are the results…

I know bad, huh? When I went to Sally's, I picked up two packets of lightener thinking that would be strong enough. Well, it wasn’t and it turned into that hot mess…

After bleaching, which I should have bleached again but instead used Manic Panic Virgin Snow to see if I could tone it down some.  I slept with it in all night then washed it out in the morning and this is how it turned out…

Ok it did tone it some and evened it out a little too plus I figured it was light enough for my color show so now it was time to color...

I’ve recently decided that I am going to dye my hair Manic Panic Rockabilly Blue, and since this is my first time dying my hair an extreme color I am going to write about my experience, which will be in two parts since I’m bleaching my hair first then coloring it. Pictures will be included along with the products I will use. All products will be from Sally’s Beauty Supply and will be listed at the end of each post.
